Jason Sullivan
Owner / CEOJason’s career in manufacturing and vehicle components began at a young age. Before turning 20, he was already making hundreds of sales calls and building a foundation in the vehicle component industry. That early experience eventually led to an opportunity to run a plastics manufacturing company in Mexico, where he gained valuable experience in manufacturing, operations, and product development.
After returning to the United States, Jason founded Agile Resources, where he took on a wide range of unique and challenging projects. Among them were specialty vehicles for Red Bull and other high-profile applications. At the time, Agile Industries also operated one of the largest vacuum-forming machines in the nation, allowing Jason to push the capabilities of plastics manufacturing and custom vehicle design.
In the late 2000’s, Jason recognized the growing opportunity in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter conversion market and became deeply involved in the industry. His experience and willingness to embrace new opportunities helped establish a strong foundation in the specialty vehicle and RV market.
Jason eventually became an owner of one of the areas of the business he enjoyed most through Innovative Designs. Today, he continues to play a major role in the company's growth, bringing decades of experience in manufacturing, product development, sales, and specialty vehicle applications.
His hands-on approach and ability to recognize opportunities have helped shape Innovative Designs into the company it is today, while continuing to drive its growth into the future.
Christopher Rosenberg
PresidentChris has built a successful career in manufacturing over the past 37 years. He began his professional journey immediately after high school in automotive parts sales, where he developed a strong foundation in customer relations, business development, and industry knowledge.
Throughout his career, Chris progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Sales, Marketing Manager, Vice President, and President. His diverse experience has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of operations, strategy, and team leadership.
Chris joined Innovative Designs in 2020 as General Manager and was promoted to President in October 2025. He enjoys the challenges that come with his role, particularly finding solutions to complex problems and helping guide the company toward continued growth and success.
Jonathan Lozada
Vice PresidentJonathan Lozada graduated from Goshen College in 2019 with a degree in Business and Marketing and began his career at Innovative Designs shortly after as the first employee brought on following Jason Sullivan’s acquisition of the company.
Growing up around the RV industry, Jonathan developed a passion for manufacturing and vehicle design from an early age. This passion led him to pursue a career where he could combine his business background with his interest in the industry.
During his time at Innovative Designs, Jonathan has helped drive improvements in quality, technology, and company growth. His forward-thinking approach earned him recognition as a member of Indiana’s Conexus Rising 30 Class of 2025. He was later promoted to Vice President, where he continues to support company operations while remaining actively involved in sales and customer relationships.
Gavin Coughenour
SalesGavin began his career in sales immediately after high school in 2016 with Fastenal. He started as a part-time employee while attending Indiana University South Bend and later transitioned into a full-time role, where he continued developing his skills in sales, customer relationships, and business operations.
Gavin joined Innovative Designs in August 2025 as part of our Sales Team. His background in sales and his ability to build strong relationships allow him to support our customers and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
Gavin enjoys the variety and challenges that come with his role, as each day brings new opportunities to solve problems and find solutions.
Melissa Duran
Office Manager
Melissa has been building her career with Innovative Designs for nearly three years, gaining experience in both manufacturing operations and office administration. She first joined the team as a summer employee, working in the shop during the summers of 2022, 2023, and 2024, where she developed a strong understanding of the company's manufacturing processes.
Melissa graduated from Indiana University South Bend in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in General Business. Shortly after, she was given the opportunity to transition into an office role in July 2024, where she supports office management, human resources, and accounting functions.
Melissa enjoys the opportunity to continuously learn and grow in her role while gaining new skills and contributing to the continued success of Innovative Designs.
Phillip Hollowell
Purchasing AgentPhillip began his career in manufacturing in 1992, immediately after graduating from high school. He started at Med-Tech, where he worked in Shipping and Receiving and quickly became known for his versatility, taking on a variety of cross-trained roles throughout his career.
He joined Innovative Designs in April 2024 as a driver and, through his dedication and strong work ethic, was promoted to Purchasing Agent in October 2024. Phillip enjoys the flexibility and independence his role provides, allowing him to effectively manage his responsibilities while supporting the company's operations.
Pilar Whitener
Operations ManagerPilar has a manufacturing career that now spans more than 33 years. She started at Leather Craft, where she worked with foam production, and after six years was promoted to her first supervisory role.
In 2002, Pilar became General Manager at Leather Concepts, where she further developed her leadership and operational expertise. She later joined Midwest in 2009 as a Supervisor and Designer, continuing to expand her knowledge of manufacturing and production management.
Pilar joined Innovative Designs in September 2025 as our Operations Manager. She is passionate about mentoring employees, helping team members develop new skills, achieving company goals, and making a positive impact on the organization through strong leadership and continuous improvement.
Miguel Fino
Production ManagerMiguel has built a successful career in manufacturing over the past 20 years. He began his journey at a small upholstery business where he gained experience in garment cutting and production processes, developing the hands-on skills that would shape his future in manufacturing.
In 2014, Miguel was given the opportunity to step into a leadership role as a Supervisor at Innovative Designs under previous ownership. During this time, he oversaw the production of golf seats and managed a team of 4–5 employees. When the company transitioned ownership to Jason Sullivan in 2019, Miguel continued his career with Innovative Designs and has since grown into his current role as Production Manager.
Miguel enjoys his role because of the extensive knowledge he has gained across many areas of manufacturing and production. His experience, dedication, and understanding of the processes involved make him a valuable part of the Innovative Designs team.
Josh Sullivan
CNC Programming TechnicianJosh Sullivan is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Indiana University South Bend while gaining hands-on experience at Innovative Designs. As he continues to learn the business, Josh has become involved in daily operations and has quickly developed valuable technical skills within the manufacturing process.
Josh has taken a strong interest in operating our CNC automated quilting machines and plays an important role in developing new quilting patterns and cutting programs used throughout production. His ability to combine his education with hands-on manufacturing experience allows him to continue growing his knowledge of both the business and the industry.
